Membership Agreement:

We will introduce you to Sony A&R who will explain how you can have your own situation with a major distribution.  Through this you will get a team of experts from Sony and A&R music exec consult and resource company.

As members, you have access to two 30 mins consultation with one of our A&R’s a month.  (additional time is available for a fee)

You will be added to our Teams community for all members.  Here you can ask questions from any of our team members or have a one on one chat.

However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, financial gain, or success as a result of using our services. Any results from our services may vary, depending on factors such as client budget, market conditions, industry trends, and the unique nature of each artist’s work. A&R Music Exec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, and we shall not be held liable for any disruptions or changes that impact the availability of these services.

2. Content Submission Rights

By submitting content (e.g., music, photos, videos, or other media) to A&R Music Exec Management Group, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and promote your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This includes, but is not limited to, using content in promotional materials, industry submissions, or performance opportunities. You retain full ownership of your submitted content, and this license does not grant A&R Music Exec any rights beyond those necessary to fulfill our services. You affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit and agree not to submit any content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Liability and Indemnity

A&R Music Exec Management Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold A&R Music Exec and its employees, affiliates, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights. This indemnity obligation includes reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in defending any claim.
